  Jay Kimbro and Mitch Masters launched ShredEx in 2005 with a single location in Albany, Georgia.  With a primary focus on customer service and value-based pricing, ShredEx quickly grew into the largest independent on-site document destruction business in Georgia through strategic acquisitions and franchising.  ShredEx was sold to 3GS, LLC, of Knoxville, TN, in 2009.  Visit www.shredex.org  
       
  The Verandas is a student community featuring 21 Charleston-style cottages in Athens, Georgia.  From 2006 until 2010, Fiske Hopkins developed the concept, managed site development, acted as general contractor, and marketed the units for lease and for sale.   Visit www.verandasathens.com  
       
  Jimco Masonry began providing turn-key masonry services to commercial contractors in 2009.  The company has provided and installed CMU block, brick, and stone wall systems for numerous types of commercial projects including restaurants, hospitals, banks, salons, and libraries throughout Georgia and Alabama.  Visit www.jimcomasonry.com  
       
  Jay Kimbro was a partner in Dawgfood, LLC from 2005 until 2007.  He was involved in the development, franchising and operations of Loco’s Grill & Pub restaurants in Valdosta and Albany, Georgia.  Visit www.locosgrill.com  
       
  Fiske Hopkins founded FC Hopkins Construction in 2002 while a sophomore earning a degree in Economics from The University of Georgia.  The first projects the company undertook were small, residential remodeling projects; however, the company has developed an excellent reputation for high-end residential additions and renovations as well as new-build custom homes in Georgia and South Carolina.  Visit www.fchopkins.com  
       
  Cottage Landing is a student community development featuring 47 cottage-style homes in Lafayette, Louisiana.  FC Hopkins Construction is currently acting as construction manager on behalf of the developer for this $8.5 million multi-family niche market project, which is scheduled to open in August 2012.  Visit www.cottagelandinglafayette.com
